Beginning with DXP2002, you can reverse engineer a board into Altium Designer/Protel format using the Camtastic module of the software. There is a tutorial available free in the "help" subdirectory of the software installation, and it is available free online at the Altium website telling you how to reverse engineer a board from the Gerber files.
