How a flash memory could be cleaned from a virus?
Antiviruses can't do that!!

No two PC's write to their flash in the same manner so the virus at worst could only infect one specific brand/model of computer. This has virtually a zero chance of spreading and would be easily traced back to the author.

try reprogramming the flash. if its a device that u bought then contact the manufacturer
