Hello,

I have a question regarding to the interpretation of standard cell library. In power section, e.g., internal_power, there is a lookup table with several rows of data. How to read these values? uW? Sorry I don't have an example on hand to show the LUT.

Thanks in advance.

go back to your library header, the power units (both dynamic and static) are declared there.

the LUT declaration is also at the lib header, you can find it by the table name.

good luck

Use liberty screener from Synopsys.
