hi,
When should we use double guard rings? how to decide the width of the rings? and how to decide which guard ring to be put inside?

thanks a lot

Re: about guard rings

the double guard ring is needed if the digital circuit and analog ckt are integrated in one substrate. the width is depend on the required performance of analog ckt.
The wider is the guard ring, the higher is the required performance.
