I am looking for the cheapest microcontroller

we get AT89c2051 in 30 bugs and AT89c51 in 45bugs
where as pic16f84 cost more than 100bugs
I am talking in rupees
 

in china the cheapest microcontroller price $0.15 for 8pin or 14pin I/O type MCU
 

Which controller is $0.15. I would like to know.

hi..

If you have less requirements and a good controller.. try for 8051..
Both intel and Atmel have the same feature.. I prefer ATmel to INtel..
Its cheap and effective...
If u dont need external programmer kit u can go for AT89S51. else if u have a programmer kit u may go for AT89c51. There is a rate difference between the two.
Both have flash...

at89s51_ds.pdf at89c51_ds.pdf datasheets are on atmel site don't waste forum space and
89c2051 is having 40% less price then c51 and S51.
