There are two free Verilog waveform viewers:
WaveViewer by SynaptiCAD is a free Verilog VCD waveform viewer. WaveViewer also imports waveforms from HP logic analyzers, TDML documents, and many gate level simulators. The viewer allows the placement of markers, delays, setups and holds. Download the free viewer from https://www.syncad.com/
Dinotrace is a X-11 waveform viewer which understands Verilog Value Change Dumps, ASCII, and other trace formats. It allows placing cursors, highlighting signals, searching, printing, and other capabilities superior to many commercial waveform viewers.
