What kind of help are you looking for? You can probably start by downloading and reading the manuals from TI. Their users manuals are very comprehensive. After you read the manuals, maybe you can start asking questions.

I think you very understand about DSP . I have a dsk5416 starter kit (usb interface) ,a tms320vc5410,a tms320c6211 and software are CCS(dsk5416) and CCS free val ,What do i do that design hardware and program for them ?, Problems downdload firmware, code suitable repair with my hardware
