Hello
can i build analog device like bjt transistor in FPGA or CPLD ?
Thank you

Maybe you can have a look at the FPAA technology (Field Programmable Analog Array)

hxxp://www.anadigm.com/

It is for Programmable Analog IC's but I don't think you can program BJT's with it.

Unfortunately FPGAs and CPLDs can't give you any access to structures below logical gates, so no transistors of any type can be implemented in them.
There are, however, FPAA structures, but those in turn have some preconfigured analog structures which are also on a much higher level than a single transistor, so the answer is NO in either case. The only way to play with transistors is to build an analog ASIC, but this is yet another story.
If you , however , just need some analogue functions, you can use FPAA.
Those are available from several vendors. Recently Actel announced its new technology called Fusion, which will offer a mixture of digital and linear functions in a single chip. This technology is not commercially available yet, but they announce it for the Q1 of 2006. Perhaps it's something you are looking for. Take a look here :

Did you look on the ASIC?
