gerber magic post

I am looking for a method of converting
gerber files into postscript.

Can anybody help me with this?

convert gerber to ps

Hi,

try this link:

hxxp://www.lavenir.com/Download/download.html

there is a Gerber to postscript Converter that works olso on network printer.

hi,

here you can find an evaluation copy of Gerber Magic

"From Gerber to PDF/PostScript"

hxxp://www.bronzware.com/GerbMagic/index.htm

you also can install Adobe Acrobat, then you can have a PDFwriter printer. use this printer, you can have your own pdf files.

The simplest way is to install a HP Postscript printer driver, eg HP Laserjet 5si PS. Set it up to print to file. When you print your gerber, the print driver will prompt you for a file name and generate a postscript output.

Yeah, I do that like drwho78 said too.
Printout 1:1 from CAM software to PS printer driver.

The problem with generating postscript by printing
on PS printer is that you cannot get
1:1 ratio. PS printer drivers decrease size
of the printout. Decrease is about 0,5 - 1%.
Please check it.

For me Gerber Magic is O.K.

thanx for all the info guys
