PCB density calculation

pcb density

After read many book on pcb layout.

I don't find data for accurate board density prediction. For example in PA*DS Layout, exists a - Report - Statistic - with:
Board Density(boardsize/14pin-components): x.xx

But this value is not reliable to predict really board density.

If somenone have any info please reply. Skywalker
