Measuring Ripple

How do i measure Ripple? with a oscilloscope and multi meter

What are some bad ripple waveform look like?

How do i do Ripple waveform checking? with a oscilloscope

Using Different LOAD resistances on the output of the power supply
would change the Ripple waveform what are some signs of the
ripple waveform looking good vs looking bad?

Try to use an oscilloscope to estimate ( not to measure ) the peak-to-peak ripple voltage. Some voltmeters may have "AC" range, but it is rather inaccurate measurement.

What is BAD peak to peak voltages for measuring ripple?

what does the ripple waveform look like when like the filter caps
are open or shortered?

Here you will find some diagrams on smoothing effect, ripple etc.
On this drawing the peak-to-peak will be peak of charging v peak of discharging of the smoothing capacitor.

For me ripple is just ripple, and I haven't heard about GOOD or BAD ripple.

Bad ripple i mean like a waveform chart of when the filter caps are open
or shorted so the power supply output has different waveshapes because its
not smoothing out

What a normal ripple voltages peak to peak? the voltage range it should be in?

What does the ripple look like if its not filtered right?
