Hi,

since we are using FET for the multiplier design9 using transconductance nonlinearity or conductance nonlinearity)

If we use FET (or BJT ) for analog dividers what is the design philosophy?

Any anybody suggest me....

Regards

Analog dividers is a form of harmonic injection locking of an oscillator. Like you inject 10 GHz, and the 2.5 GHz oscillator frequency-locks to it. Notice i did NOT say it Phase Locked!
