PIC with circuitry connected to ICSPDAT pin....effect on programming?

Hello, Do you think the attached BJT drive , connected to the ICSPDAT pin of a PIC, will affect programming. We are using the pickit3

You did not show the value of the resistor used at the base of the transistor, but at least with microcontrollers of the 16F family it is well known that the ISCP bus can be shared with other circuits, as long as they are separated by a resistor of 10K or higher; therefore you should select the BC846 transistor with the maximum HFE possible (i.e, group B from NXP) in order to saturate in the worse condition.
 

It should be OK with 10K but I would advise you to add a resistor between MCLR (VPP) and +5V so it isn't left floating when the ISCP plug is removed.
