Hello,

I want to use the abutment feature in Cadence to do interdigitization and add dummies to a differential pair layout in CMOS.

How would I go about this - would I just layout the diff pair, add dummies on each and then ask Cadence, in the layout view to just put those down in layout and then route them accordining ?

Does anyone have experience using the MODGEN in Cadence to automate common centroid, interdigitization and routing for analog layout ?

Thanks.

Seems like such a simple thing to do by hand, that I
would not bother reading the instructions for the tool.

It would be interesting to see which approach gets it
done first.
