[moved] Rectifier design with impedance matching ckt

The input impedance for the impedance matching network will be 50 ohms, right?

A diode automatically adjusts its internal resistance, so that current and voltage obey its particular equation. Suppose you get 1 mA and 0.4V. Therefore the diode presents 400 ohms.
Suppose its 15mA and 0.5V. Then diode resistance is 33 ohms.

To improve efficiency your antenna ought to be a size and shape which picks up sufficient rf, so that it generates voltage high enough to overcome diode threshold voltage.

Thank you for the reply :)

Can you please check my circuit in ADS which I have attached in the previous post in the same thread and tell me the modifications / improvements required?
