Help me in my current mirror design used in RF circuit

Dear all,
I am designing RF circuit and need the current mirror circuit in my design,
I have NMOS process parameters in the attached file for 0.5um,
Please, help me, why the current didn't mirror as shown in the pic attached?

5mA x 1k Ohm=5V !!
Why it does not work in your opinion ??

whats your opinion to design simple current mirror? I just want to test my process parameters of NMOS transistor.
