comparator resolution for adc

how can determine comparator resolution and for an adc with n bit and fs as full scale, what must be the value of comperator resolution?

maybe you should give more information about ADC topology and so on.

Without additional information I´d say:
The comparator resolution (maybe "precision" is the better phrase here) should be better than one LSB.

Or do you ask how to calculate the LSB value of an ADC? --> This is really basic stuff you will find in any ADC description.
