Error in design of patch antenna on HFSS v13.0(no updates possible)

But it shows following errors on my HFSS v13.0 .. please help to resolve these errors.
Warning-boundary 'PerfE1 and boundary 'Rad1' overlap.
Warning-boundary 'perfE1' and boundary 'perfE2' overlap.
Warning-boundary 'Rad1' boundary 'perfE2' overlap.
Boundary'Rad1': A radiation boundary face has solid objects with solve inside on both sides of it.please check set up ,as this could produce incorrect results.
