Hi,
I am wondering what happens when apply 5V to microprocessor with 3.3V ADC channels?
Will it fried the microprocessor?
Thanks,
Minh

Hi,

The datasheet will tell you.

Read the "Absolute maximum ratings" section about the voltage limits.
Aditionally there you will find an information like this:
Absolute Maximum Ratings indicate limits beyond which damage to the device may occur.
