Hello,
We need a series 4R7, ~2W power resistor to go in line with our live connection to our offline 40w led driver (230VAC).
We also need a 100n x2 capacitor just downstream of that.
Can we buy this as a made-up-module, offtheshelf?

Do you mean like both components manufactured into one package like a hybrid part?
If so, I doubt it very much.

I understand treez is looking for a three-terminal "L" filter, not a snubber. Unlikely an existing part.
