i have a doubt in dspic33ep512mu810-PF the first pin identification. in data sheet it is not clear for me. there are two circle marks in the ic one is
small and another is big which one to take kindly help.
 

I suggest you take a course on pattern recognition. Right there, on page 9 of the data sheet, is a picture. Three of the corners are rounded. One of them is beveled. And right next to the bevel is pin 1.
