LTC3721 Push Pull Controller Adaption

Hi All
I would like to use the LTC3721 push pull controller from linear technologies to create the following converter:
Input of 12V output of +175V and another output of -175V, using a push pull configuration I think at the moment it is setup for 12V in and 5V if anyone could help me modify the model attached would really appreciate it.

that device is only 10Vin max - so make sure you have a reg to <10V on the Vcc pin - else bang

also logic level fets might need to be used that can handle 10V on the gate...
