[SOLVED] How to export .hyp file from Pads Layout

I am trying to export the .hyp file from Pads Layout (Ver VX.2.2), I am doing this for the first time and I am facing some issues,

Firstly, when I try to export the .hyp file, the first window that appears is this

Can anyone describe these selections in detail especially what are the options in the "Unroutes options" box.

after I go ahead and click on 'ok', I get a new window asking for height information, I don't know how to enter height information in the Decal itself, can anyone help me with that.
