Hello I am designing an lcd and keypad application on pcb using FPGA Spartan-3a
and I want to design its power using different voltage supplies and regulators ,Is there any tutorial or guides help me with that or any solution for this?
 

Hi,

I usually read through documents given by the IC manufacturer.
Or look how they do it with their design examples, or evaluation boards.

You can look at the Spatan 3a starter kit schematic here from digilent.

The papilio uses Spartan 3 fpga.
