Replacing resistor ladder in flash adc using mosfet

I am designing flash ADC in mentor graphics.I replaced resistor ladder using diode connected mosfets.I am getting correct reference levels before connecting circuitary(i.e comparator, encoder). But when I am repacing the diode connected mosfets in ADC , getting variations in the reference levels. How can I get correct reference levels?

Are there load currents into or out of your ADC over the connection points? Show this part of your schematic!

Re: Replacing resistor ladder in flash adc using mosfet

You shouldn't expect success here, unless you have a
surplus of magic and good luck. Body effect will
systematically mismatch segments of a MOSFET-as-resistor
ladder unless you are using SOI and Vbs=0 at each.
