Hello Everyone,
I am working on AD7730 interface with msp432p401r controller. I give AVDD=+5V,AGND=DGND=ground,DVDD=+3.3V because controller required 3.3V so no external voltage convertor circuit required. But, when i give DVDD 3.3V the voltage suddenly goes increase upto 4.5V means at DVDD pin it shows 4.5 V. why?? if supply given to DVDD is 5 v then ic work properly.plz help??

Hi,

I assume: wrong schematic and/or wrong layout.
Maybe a short circuit.

(like so often) Without schematic and without PCB layout it´s about impossible to help.

Klaus

If it's no short circuit, any of the digital logic signals might be erroneously driven with 5V level and pull-up vdd through AD7730 substrate diodes.
