how to use Cadence tool, conformal constraint designer (CCD) for CDC

can anyone open this link and share the info regarding the same those who have access to cadence tool

That would be wrong and illegal to do.

i am trying to use ccd tool in cadence for clock domain crossing checks , when contacted with cadence they gave this link

If you are using CCD tool then technically you must be having access to its documentation.
It is understood that you may not have a login.
Ask your colleagues or tool-admin of your institution to provide you the details.
 

Just find the installation folder of the tool, there will be a folder named doc/ in there.
 

There are lot of documents inside it...

For every tool there are *_command_reference and *_user_guide among many other docs.
You should start by reading the user guide.
 

Type "cdnshelp" . It will take you to docs and searching will be easier.
