hey
I have unknown didoes which looks like Zener., around 100 pieces..
It's in the bag with label "HS06DO23",
and on the diode has label 4B91 or 914B...
Any ideaas what it might be?

Hi,

1N914B?

--> Hint: It took about 5 seconds to google for "diode 914B"

Added:

"HS06" and "DO23"
may be
* the stock location
* manufacturing lot code
* date code
or any other non standard code

maybe it has nothing to do at all with the diodes.
