[SOLVED] How to change metal routing orientation in INNOVUS

After "place_opt_command" , innovus places all the standard cells and by default use primary routing where all odd metal layers go horizontal direction and even metal layers go vertical direction.

I wanna change the routing direction , odd layers to vertical direction and even layers are horizontal direction.
How could I set that ?

It comes from the tech LEF, not from innovus settings.
