Substrate to substrate interconnect between two CPW substrates

Does anyone have a proven interconnect method (like a soldered on interposer) to jump the gap between two substrates that have coplanar waveguide 50 ohm lines on top. I am looking for artwork details, or modeling info, that works up to maybe 50 GHz. Thanks in advance
