How to create Schottky diode model in ADS?

I am trying to created a Schottky diode model and use it as a switch in ADS.

I've found some datasheet with a spice model, but some do not. Such as https://cdn.macom.com/datasheets/SMGS11.pdf

How could I create a non-linear model based on this kind of datasheet?
