Hi,

I have two oscilators circuits, circuit1 and circuit2.
i now want to phase lock them using circuit3 using phase detector CD4046.

circuit1 must be used as the reference source and circuit2 as the 2nd input to the phase detector.

Can someone please show me what pins must i connect?

First of all;
If circuit 1 is your reference, then circuit 2 must be a voltage controlled oscillator.....which it isn't.

You should be able to modify the last oscillator to be voltage tuneable.

Correct!
And among the required performance parameters are the max/min frequencies, the max/min control voltages, to which the gain Kvo can be calculated.
