Hello,
Does anyone have any information on what the maximum size of a Surface-Mount, LGA (no castellations), SOM PCB could be?

I am assuming that at some point, the PCB size would become too large and bow and twist would prevent the LGA pads of the SOM PCB from sitting flat enough on the host board.

Any input most welcome.
