Sorry to put a silly question. I am looking for circuit design tool which can do SPICE simulation. Any suggestion which software is freely available to download and install without paid licence ?

A number on these forums use the free LTspice from Linear Technology/Analog Devices.
It's one of the best free Spice simulators available.

LTSpice --a free spice simulator with gui

NGSpice--an opensource spice simulator (command line mode)

You can try Lite version of Orcad PSpice from Cadence which is available free of cost and can support schematic upto 60 components.

LTSpice - totally free

PSIM for signal processing and switching power supply simulation (has free demo that isn't too crippled).

List of simulators: **broken link removed** .
You should find something suitable as for example suggested in the previous posts LTspice.
