Inductance value in T-matching network

Hi,

I am designing an LNA using T-matching network (2 L and 1 Cap) at the output. I need to find the inductance values of this T-matching network so that the LNA output matches to 50 ohms.

Can anyone please guide me in finding the inductance values using equation?
 

Your book most likely talks about it, why not go to the corresponding chapter ?
