USBB interfacing of at32u3cb512 issue.

Helo guys, I need urgent help in this issue, i am trying to use controller's usb port to communicate with computer but usbb stops communicating after sending one byte. I am attaching a code in this thread, please help me. it is an examples project supposed to loop back but it is not doing it continoiusly
