Need 3.7v dc to 1.2v dc down converter citcuit design.

i need a circuit design that converts 3.7v dc to 1.2v dc.... :roll:
i have some devices that run on 1.2v batteries but i have some 3.7v li-ion cells....[BTW sorry for my bad English] :-|
plzzzz help....:roll:
 

Hi,

An adjustable LDO regulator, they usually have a 1.2V (~1.21V to ~1.25V) minimum output voltage if not adjusted for a different voltage. Do the devices use a lot of current or a little?
