I'm trying to build an spwm inverter, i have build the first part which is boosting 12vdc to 320vdc by using sg3525 ,Now in the second stage i'm trying to build H-Bridge Mosfet circuit to convert 320vdc high frequency to 220vac 50hz.
i researched a lot i have found the best method is using IRS2153 but i don't have this IC i have checked but this is not available in my country so i want the H-Bridge Mosfet circuit by using sg3525 ic.
is there any body who help me with the circuit.

Thanks,
Ali Afghan.
