Problem while diagonosis c6713 DSK and CCStudio also not detecting.

Hello everyone,
I have installed the TMS320C6713 DSK software in windows xp successfully. But when i connected the board to the system and started the c6713 DSK Diagnosis the USB emulation was going on and on for long and at last the diagnosis failed. Have I did any wrong process. I have installed the CCStduio v3.1, DSK6713 driver and fireware. And I have did one mistake that I have installed the software while the board was connected to system. I have uninstalled everything from the system and reinstalled the software but this time i have removed the usb. but still it is not working. There is anything I can do to make it working.
