Dummy metal fill in virtuoso

i searched on net but i have not found any script which is used to fill dummy automatically in layout in virtuoso & calibre .
any body help me he know about script and link please send me

You're not going to "find" such things on the open Web.
They are foundry PDK intellectual property developed
at some cost of manpower and they are tied intimately
to foundry layers and rules.

If you were a real customer they'd have provided you
what you need. If you're a student then look to your
professor for the design infrastructure (or the materials
they already provided you, that say where the PDK is
located - any such script ought to be co-located.
Unless the foundry's practice is for their in-house CAD
folks to do this bit of mask prep work).
