I want to match the cascode amplifier at input and output to 50ohm without using any resistor in the circuit.is it possible to do this

Circuit schematic?

Depends whether you want narrowband match (L, C
match Z @ f) or broadband. Possible, yes. Suitable,
maybe. Peel another couple layers off the onion and
see.

I want broadband match,bandwidth of around 10GHz.

It's just a normal cascode amplifier with NMOSFETs.

Because you already mentioned narrowband and broadband matching. Could you tell me how to achieve broadband matching in a circuit.
