Hello all,
I need to simulate an ISFET (Ion sensitive FET) in Cadence. Is there any example for modeling an ISFET in Veriloga or schematics.
Thanks in advance

Cadence is a company, not a tool. What you probably meant is Spectre.

And yes, you can simulate whatever you want in it as long as you have a model for the device. Just google it.
