I am trying to build a VCO that is combination of a Integrator and schmitt trigger. U1 is the integrator with reset option using transistor. It also receives external signal.U2 is non inverting schmitt trigger. The circuit is expected to generate sustained oscillations, with schmitt trigger resetting at regular intervals. However, the pspice simulations does not generate any output? what could be the reason?

The circuit is expected to generate sustained oscillations, with schmitt trigger resetting at regular intervals.
Why? The schmitt trigger thresholds are unsuitable, resetting the integrator will never release the trigger.

Got it, but how to make the circuit to work?

You can e.g. change the ST thresholds by applying an offset to LM311 inverting input.
