Hi,
we successfully create a small pcb of size 20*40mm in orcad layout,,but for assembling in pick and place machine we need the pcb size of minimum 500*500 MM ,so we want to panelize the pcb and generate a pick and place report.
please help us with this

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Let the PCB manufacturer make the panelization.
They need to give you the X and Y offsets.
Don't forget to place passer on your PCB.

First point is to define a panel type, V-scored or milled with bridges. 500 x 500 mm panel sounds unusually large for small PCB items.

Best way is to let the assembly house define the panel and order the PCB and stencils.
