anyone know library when I can find matching part with that footprint?
 

Hi,

It's easy to generate your own.

But in about 10 hours I can check our libraries. If you can wait that long...

I am still trying to make this oscillator element by editing existing libarries, but I am unsure about the schematic mirroring in Eagle.

I mean, if I have the underside view in datasheet, then should be my "red board view" in Eagle mirrored?

Do I have the pinouts mirrored?
 

Hi,

Maybe you are confused by the schematic symbol.
--> a schematic symbol doesn´t care about pin orientation. Only the correct "pin to pad" relation is important: Pin2 = GND and so on
