Looking for competitive PCB assembly in Western USA

I am looking for competitive PCB assembly house in Western USA. Typical runs of 100 to 300 boards, all SMT parts, no BGAs.
Need a reliable long term supplier, someone I can depend on to deliver on time and with high quality.
Must be able to do turnkey jobs, including PCB production, stencils, ordering parts from Digikey, etc.
