G3 Corrosion Testing for Non-RoHS to RoHS modules

Hi, we have few non-RoHS modules which are G3 corrosion certified. Currently the modules are converted to RoHS. Do we need to get the RoHS converted modules G3 certified again?
From non-RoHS to RoHS conversion, only change is the FAB (PCB). In earlier non-RoHS boards RoHS components were used. So can we consider RoHS modules are G3 corrosion resistant without testing.
Can you also refer me to some good links where can I refer about G3 corrosion.

Search " ISA standard 71.04 - data span". On page 6 it refers to the problems pcb are encountering because of rohs compliance.
