Is there a parameter known as "Technology current " or "Ispec" in EKV model?

Or is it just calculated from available values of un and Cox

The "Technology current" or "Ispec" isn't a model parameter, neither in SPICE or SPECTRE nor in EKV models.

It is either calculated or measured.
