I know that in Double Sideband Modulation, we can have the carrier (DSB-AM) or suppressed carrier (DSB-SC).
Do Suppressed Sideband Modulations, like Single Sideband Modulation and Vestigial Sideband Modulation, always have suppressed carrier?

Thank you.
