I did try to search the forum but couldn't find anything specific close to my needs.

So, I'm looking to build a simple UPS-style DC power source for an Arduino controller + a sensor + a radio module.
Power requirements would be about 9V/300-400 mA (more than enough).

Has anyone tried 2 use TP4056-based charge/discharge modules for this purpose?

Do I need anything else (except for maybe a battery over-charge/discharge protection module and solar panel + rechargeable battery)?
